Hey everybody, welcome to Max-NPG Scooters. I thought we'd shoot a little video so you could get a tour of the shop. Now we don't know video so this might not be the greatest, but we definitely know scooters. Come on inside. Seven years ago my wife and I went to Florida and rented some scooters. Came back to Washington to buy those scooters and found they were not available. I owned the CycleTire service business and I thought, So I founded Max-NPG Scooters. As you can see, we've expanded our offerings over the years. Today in 2012 we stock over 200 units at all times. Our service department has doubled in size and we have a wide, wide selection of scooters. I'm certain you can find something on our shop that will suit your needs. And if you can't find a scooter in this inventory, I doubt you'll find one anywhere. Look forward to seeing you. First we wanted to address the economics. There's a cost of buying a scooter and is it something you want to spend the money on? Your average car or truck gets about 15 miles per gallon in town. And driving that truck or car, 6,000 miles will burn about 400 gallons of gas. You'll spend $1,600 on that gasoline. A scooter on the other hand averages about 100 miles per gallon. Will cost about $240. The difference is $1,360. About the cost of an average scooter. So really, whether you buy a scooter or don't buy a scooter, you'll spend the money that it'll cost to buy a scooter, putting it in your gas tank $100 at a time. The second reason to buy a scooter is because they're super fun. My wife and I used them on s I went to Anderson Island. I ride my grandchildren on them. They're just a blast. Commute to work on them on sunny days. Commute to work on them on cloudy days. Great time and again, very inexpensive to own. Definitely a scooter will put that on your face. Third reason to own a scooter is because the reduction in your carbon footprint. Obviously at 100 miles per gallon it makes sense for the environment. And that's good for all of us. So you'll save money, you'll have fun, and you'll make Mother Earth very happy. We think those are three good reasons to own a scooter. Stop by and see our selection.
