The Trials Training Center (TTC) is a motorcycle resort for learning off-road motorcycle riding skills. Our specialty is motorcycle trials but we also teach how to ride conventional off-road bikes.http://trialstrainingcenter.com
Welcome to the Trials Training Center. I've been coming here since I was 11 years old and I tried to come back at least once a year to get some riding in. This time I'm here with Hannah. We're going to be staying in one of these cabins for about a week and a half and riding all kinds of different bikes. Probably won't do a whole lot of filming since we're trying to focus on training but let's try to get a few clips on each bike to show you what it's TTC started with Trials and they've done everything from local events to world rounds. They also offer tons of training classes, riding schools, you can rent a bike, pretty much anything you want to do on a Trials bike, whether you ride now or you want to learn to ride, you can do it here at TTC. So we're going to start out on the Trials bikes and show you around a little bit. Lots of people have hit this splatter on the hill here. Really fun one, perfect kicker, up a big rock, up a big hill but I don't know if anyone has wheelied from the bottom to the top hitting the splatter so that's my challenge for right now. Well that was pretty tricky. I got it a few times, none of them were absolutely perfect but we'll say good enough. Just really tough to control your speed with the front wheel in the air, dealing with the roots and the different steepnesses of the hill. Really tough to ride and it'steeper at the top so you can't lose all your moment Soak up that middle rock the time I did it the best at almost such the front but just got it so that's the clean on my own wheel. The Trials training center is becoming just as well known for hard enduro thanks to the Tennessee Knockout riders from all over the world come to battle it out on some insanely difficult courses but it's not all difficult out here. You can come out here and ride enduro and make it as easy or as hard as you want. They've been holding mountain bike enduro's here so there are a few courses worked in. We're going to ride a couple of those today. Some are rockier than others, others are more steep, some have some j I think you did a little backwards wheelie in there. Yeah, I didn't know exactly what to do. Damn it. So after a few days riding bikes it's nice to mix it up and do something a little more mellow and for me that's RC. This happens to be one of my favorite places RC Crawl, creeks, hills, rocks, roots, all kinds of great terrain. We're going to start here at the cabin, head up to the Lampkin Falls, hopefully be able to make it without having to grab the truck too much and the falls should be flowing pretty good since there's been so much rain so let's go. Who knew a hard and dirt trail would be such good crawling. I did. It's a little deep. You've got to find a way across. You're trying to give me wet. How'd you I didn't Come on. So part of the adventure to get to the falls, we're almost there. To end the video I'm going to do a bit of a challenge between each bike. I'm here on the straight Rhythm and Dural Cross track and I'm going to ride a lap on each one and see which one is the fastest. I'm not going to go as fast as I absolutely can but I'll try to give about the same effort on each one for a good comparison. Well, after riding all three bikes, the trials bike definitely felt the fastest. I haven't checked the times yet but that's my guess. It was also the easiest. It's almost Overall, packed up and ready to leave TTC but it was a great trip and we got a lot of riding in. I highly recommend checking this place out if you've never been or if you've only been for an event. It's a lot different when you're here just to ride. It's really enjoyable to just be out in the woods, stay in a cabin and have a good time. So we hope to be back soon.
