I still wake up at three o'clock every morning wondering if I'm gonna make it. And I've done that for the last 20 years. That's part of owning your own business on the front. But I look forward, I realize I wake up, I'm not under the bridge. I have a good thing going, I just have to, I just have to be brave and step forward. And it's just part of this industry. We ride the waves, and this is one of the waves we had to ride. My name is David Roosevelt. I'm the owner of Seattle U Spikes for a long time, for the eight years at the first location. It was pretty much me running the business, and I had a few technicians, and that was about it. We've been looking for the opportunity to maybe expand, and after a lot of looking and a lot of years of harding, trying to find the right property in Seattle, we st Went from 1,600 square feet to 15,000. It was, We signed our new lease on March 1st, and then we all know what happened about 24 days later. And so it was a little bit of, And honestly, I think at this point in time, the way it's been going the last few months, I think it was probably genius more than idiot. So now this store, we decided that it's too much real estate to cover by myself, so I've hired a salesman up front, Chris. Chris is a wonderful young man. He came from East Side Harley, so he's got some experience riding, selling bikes, and then a good friend of his, Jake, is also our new service rider, so he's helping in the back end of the house there. I have some fabulous technicians that have rejoined me, former Ducati technicians. Now what can we do to really make a special experience when you come in? And that is we added things We can do that while it's here. We also have the ability to maybe cut your hair for you while you're here. We have a barber that has joined us, has a little studio in our shop. Get your oil changed, get your hair cut. I actually hit home as I opened the store because difficult times. I've raised my hand and I asked the community if they would be willing to come help us with our move initially, which they did, and we actually scraped all of our front windows, all the paint up there, over a dozen customers showed up for two days, and helped us. And that just, To me, it grabbed my heart and made me feel really good, and I just love seeing that. So, it goes back and forth. They give to me, I give back to them. That's always been my goal, and that's the mantra we have amongst the employees. We're here for the customer.
