BMW 24 Service

Welcome to another video from DIY Daily, just put a short video together today just showing you how to reset the service light on this BMW Z4, this one's for this style dash on it, and I'll just show you if we just put the ignition on, we've just got the inspection message there and the time countdown, sometimes it might say oil service just on the left down the side there as well, now we'll just run you through a few bits, basically just on the turn of the key, the first stage is the first turn there, we're done putting all the other lights on, the second stage is where it puts all the ignition lights on there, we're actually only going to need to put it to stage one with the ignition on to do the service light reset, so the first thing we're going to do is just press and hold this button on the left there while turning the ignition on to stage one, so just do that quick now, keep the button depressed, you get reset come up there, release the button, press and hold the button, wait for the reset to start flashing, once it starts flashing, release the button, press the button once more, and that's basically reset the service light there, and if we turn the ignition off now back on again, you'll see that's all been reset, hope the video helped, if it did give it a quick th
