We have been exclusively BMW since that day, and remain fully dedicated to the world class performance motorcycles from Germany. We feel this singular focus ensures the best possible service for BMW enthusiasts and those new to the brand as well.
My name is Amy Hunter, I'm sales manager at San Jose BMW. We have the biggest inventory, one of the largest dealers in the nation, but we don't just sit you on a bike or pull one off of the floor. What we do is we bring the bike outside, we actually start the bike because suspension changes once you start up the bike and there's tons of adjustments. If the adjustments don't get you to exactly where you need to be, I'm going to go into the parts department, grab a different seat. I'm going to fit it to you specifically. You can get lost in shopping online. You can get yourself sold on a bike and then come in and it doesn't fit you right. Here at San Jose BMW, not only do we have the option of ordering you a bike in a standard suspension or in a low suspension, we have a custom fabrication shop that's only available at San Jose BMW so that we can come up with some pretty creative processes to get the bike to match your physical needs. We operate as a full complete team here at San Jose BMW, so in that process you're going to meet the parts department, you're going to meet the service department. I am buying motorcycles from them. I am also part of their community. They really know what they're talking about. They are really giving you information that you don't know. It's just, it's a fantastic experience. So if you want to buy a motorcycle, you want to be treated very well, you want to make sure that I'd love to tell you about the easy ride payment. BMW offers two different structures one approval. One is your standard 60 month loan and the other is called an easy ride payment. What it does is it enables you to have options at the end of your term. We set up a balloon payment for you with a lower monthly term and at the end of the term you're able to refinance, purchase outright or trade in on your next ride. We do encourage you to try different BMW models and this is a setup that makes it super easy for you to know that later on there's another chapter to be had and you can come in and get fitted for your next ride. When it's time to sit down and figure out how to get your bike finance, we do have more than just BMW and we do welcome you in for the challenging situations.
