What's going on? I'm Al. This is our shop, Big Al Cycles, and we're going to walk Alright, so what we've got here is we pull the wiring harness, pull the whole service loop through the backbone and the frame, gives us access to the two plugs for either side of the hand control. We're going to unplug those, and then I'll show how to e-pin them. I'm going to take a picture of each of the plugs that come out of the handlebars that way I know what wires are going to go where when I go to put them back. Alright, now that we've got our wiring harness unplugged, we're going to remove then you go into each pin and you push the clip out and the pin will just slide back out of the plug. We're going to be installing on these guys here are 120-walled they're a 4-3-4-inch rise and a 31-inch wide. They're all slotted, CNC-slotted in chamfer to fit all wiring for internal wiring, and then a lot of late models, they even fit some of the plugs in the inside. Make sure we lock the bottom bolts when you're installing those. Then we're going to slip all of our wiring harness. We're going to slip it through the slots that we have in the handlebar. Set them up in there, and maintain, try to get them lined up straight, and not pull them in and out for me time so you don't get any scratch. Just a quick recap. As of so far, we have reinstalled all of our hand controls. You want to use blue loctite on all the fasteners for those, since they're a smaller fastener.
