Fat Daddy (aka Steve Stirewalt) has run Dirt & Street Cycle for over 35 years. He has won numerous AMA competitions. He provides sales, service and accessories to all riders - from rookie to professional. Dirt and Street Cycle is located in Rockwell, NC. Steve also build custom bikes. One of his recent customs, X Project 3+3, has a rebuilt six cylinder engine out of a 1979 Honda CBX. "While shooting, I spotted Steve Stirewalt from Rockwell, NC. Today we're shooting three of Steve's bikes for the 2014-15-16 calendar and we've got Steve here to tell you about his bikes today. Steve, great to see you. You can always recognize Steve by his jacket. First time I met Steve, he was wearing that jacket and here he's wearing it today. Steve, thanks so much for sharing your artistry with us. These are fabulous, fabulous motorcycles. If you take a second and look at the bike, it's got some really unusual features or some attractive features. How about that? You can see the. . . I'm talking about my girlies. The girlies, the girlies right here. Here you go. Catches your boot. So you're in great shape. I put a center stand on this, not many set-by-court everyday motorcycles in this type of bike would have a center stand on it, but it has a center stand. I made it out of a dirt bike stand. It works pretty good. Now on this side of your bike, you've got something really unusual. Can you come around here? You really Tell them about the blade. The blade I found at the flea market. It was stainless, so I polished it up and Dale was a good friend of mine. He was a tattoo artist and he just filled in the handle. Then the shotgun, it's actually an aftermarket cart that was available at one time. It's just a mock-up from the shotgun. We had to make it fit. The guy told me one time about custom. He said, well, part of custom, don't you understand. I was fascinated about something up there. He said, part of custom, don't you understand. Well, y'all, you've heard it.
