This film will show how to replace the sprinkles or the rim, as well as how to screw the motorcycle wheel. There are many different reasons for which the replacement of the sprinkles or the rim in the motorcycle can be necessary. The bent rim and the bent, broken or missing sprinkles seem to be often a phenomenon and can cause more damage or make the wheel become useless if it is ignored. Another reason is the failure of the nearest sprinkles, which makes them impossible to tighten or adjust if necessary. Or maybe you just want to change the color of the rim, sprinkles or rims? The first step is to completely dismantle the wheel. To do this, you need to dismantle the tire, as well as remove the rim block and the mounting tape. Then we can start the dismantling process. When dismantling the sprinkles, it is worth checking their angles and lengths, and then note their position to make the repair easier. I have even seen three different lengths one wheel. This is not a common phenomenon, but it happens, so be aware of it. In this case, all the sprinkles have the same length, so we did not have to worry about it. If you notice, the sprinkles are staining and there are several ways to remove them. The first way is to apply a little oil penetrating on each of the rims, making sure that you spray them on both sides. Leave it on night or longer, if necessary, and then try to loosen them. It may be necessary to squeeze the sprinkles with a needle to prevent them from turning. If it still does not help, the best solution is simply to cut off the sprinkles. It saves time and a lot of headache. It is worth keeping the sprinkles you have in the future, so we will cut off the ones we need and keep the rest. Continue and finish removing the sprinkles from the rim. After they are connected, we can remove the rim. And because this rim is so damaged, we just throw it into the trash bin. So now our old wheels have been completely disassembled, because we had to remove a few sprinkles to take them off, we decided to set up spare sprinkles from the bag. It is complete and contains all the sprinkles and the most necessary parts for this rim. We are also going to mount a new spare sprinkles rim. And now we have all the spare parts. We are ready to start the wheel. First of all, we have to know if the sprinkles have a different length or angle. As I mentioned earlier, the wheel only uses one length. Sprinkles of different lengths or angles are often found in rear wheels, so if your wheel has sprinkles of different lengths, you will have to get to know the service instruction or OEM scheme to get information about the correct arrangement of the sprinkles. Then we will take all the sprinkles and simply grease each of the rims with a little inside of the bake. This will help prevent the bake from getting the most close to the sprinkles. It is important to understand the connection between the rims and the sprinkles. The direction of each hole is in the direction of the hole on both sides. Thanks to this, the rim can be evenly drawn in both directions. So put the rim on the table. Then you will need a few blocks on each side to set the rim. You have to set the rim so that it is even with the center of the rim. When it is supported, we can start installing the sprinkles in the rim. First, we will install the lower or internal sprinkles, there are 9 of them. When we install them, we can install the internal sprinkles, there are 9 more. And these will lie on the top of the remaining sprinkles that we just mounted in the opposite direction. You will start seeing the pattern of stars or sun created by sprinkles and sand. And you will see this pattern a little better now, when we have all the sprinkles one side. So now these 18 sprinkles are in place. We will attach these sprinkles before we turn them around. We will start with the upper or the internal sprinkles. And this is quite simple. All you have to do is take one sprinkles and pull it through the hole from which it is evened. We will attach it with a niple. The next sprinkles is basically the same. Pull it through the hole from which it is evened. And the pattern turns out to be even. We will attach it with another niple. And we will proceed according to this pattern to attach the rest of the sprinkles. So forget 3 holes and mount the sprinkles. Forget the 3 more and mount all the internal sprinkles. Now we are ready to attach the internal sprinkles. They will run into holes in the inside of the internal sprinkles that we just attached. After attaching the first sprinkles, we will attach the second sprinkles. We will do the same with the first sprinkles. Forget 3 holes and mount the next one. When we finish, we will have sprinkles on this side and the second hole. This is how it will look after finishing one side. Now just turn the ring around. We will put it back on the bars. Then we will start installing the sprinkles. Follow the same pattern as on the other side. First, mount 9 internal sprinkles. When they are already in place, mount 9 internal sprinkles in their holes. Again, they will just lie in the sprinkles, which we just mounted only in the opposite direction. After mounting all the sprinkles, you can start attaching them to the bars, as we did on the other side. Start from the internal sprinkles or the upper ones, putting one in each hole. When all the internal sprinkles are already attached, mount 9 more internal sprinkles. And when all the sprinkles are in place, our ring is ready. At this stage, all the sprinkles are still very loose, so we will go through them and slightly attach them to the bars. We will also attach the second sprinkles. Thanks to this, the ring will be also adjusted and much easier to install. This will end the drilling of the ring. At this stage, the ring is not straightened, and the sprinkles are not screwed.
