I've used some other systems in the past that have been a little more complicated. This is very easy, very straightforward. I have a lot better control over it. It's faster. There's nothing better than being fully integrated. In the past I've used a couple different versions of the Lightspeed. DX1 is different. It's a lot more integrated with what we do on our website. When we, in our inventory, into our system and then put it on the website, it saves, I mean, it's half the time that we would be spending otherwise compared to having to deal with multiple systems and upload pictures more than once. And we do a deal. The trade-in bite comes in and it's just right on our website. It's quick and easy and I don't have to keep going in there and maintaining it. I can just take some different pictures and put them on there and we're good to go. Website integration is just a no-brainer. It just makes things seamless. The thing shows up inventory, it shows up on our website. And then when we sell it, it automatically comes off our website. It's easy to keep track of service with DX1. I've used some other systems in the past that have been a little more complicated. I can use the standard job templates and have a job ready to go because we do a lot of the same thing over and over again and it really helps get the service side moving quickly. Now that the staff is exposed to dealing with more of the service calls, they know how to get someone in the system for service, what the ride and how many hours it is, what tech to assign so it's not running back and forth. It allows you to create repair orders or work estimates based off an appointment. It's another visual thing that everyone can see. It keeps everyone on the same page with what's going on back there. And our ratings are awesome and we need to keep it that way. From the integration standpoint, DX1, my dealership, and Polaris, we see a lead pop up in Polaris and their dealer extranet site. We don'touch it in there. It flows to DX1 and we do all our functions in there and track it through there. I can see the differentiation between the DX1-generated leads and the Polaris-generated leads, but they all come to the same lead management part of DX1 where we can just go in and manage all the things at the same time on the same spot without having to go. We deal with multiple sites again where it'd be Polaris one, DX1 on the other, and then trying to stay on top of more than one website. It's helpful. One of the key business decisions I still reflect on today is picking DX1. I looked at everything that was available out there and I picked DX1. And it's actually grown along with us since we started in 2015, but it's been a great choice. I'd still choose DX1 today.
