Hi, my name is Brian Eichler. I run the Learn to Ride department here at Hightes or Harley-Davidson. It's fun to watch a first-time rider because the first-time rider, you can actually see it in their eyes. We can't always see their smile because of the helmets and whatnot, but we start to see it in their eyes first. That's where we start recognizing that glimmer of hope, that shine that we get in our eyes when we feel that power. We see it come on slowly at first because at first they're scared. It's a new thing. It's a new sensation having that underneath them. When they finally learn how to harness that and control it and have fun on it, the light that comes on in their eyes, and that's my first clue because they come in and their eyes are all lit up and they're all excited, they realize, hey, I just rode a Harley-Davidson and had it last.
