My name is Martin Rowe, I've been a professional rally driver for 25 years. In those 25 years I've won quite a few championships, I've won multiple British rally championships, I've won the Chinese championship and the Production World Rally Championship. Recently we've been working with The benefit with the Extend Motorsports damper is it's made in Taiwan and because of that the costs are quite low compared to some other competitors so the entry level package is around 2,000 Canadian, 1700 US dollars and So the new line of coilover is called the R damper, it's got 30 clicks, it's just one way adjustable or you've got one dial to play with. With the Extend Motorsport damper you can feel the difference with every click on the adjuster. You can drive your car on the street, you can get to the track, you've had your street setting on which will be softer and a little bit more forgiving for general road use, you're not going to shake everyone to death on the way here, you get to the track, you can literally just stiffen the turn of the dial and that will then give you a track setting which stiffens up both the compression and the rebound on the suspension. It's very easy to do and then once you've finished for the day you've got one dial again, you're just softening it off and it'll be way more comfortable for the way home. So my first experience of the Extend Motorsport damper package was on a Civic Type R, FK8 and basically when I drove the car and everyone wants slightly different things but when I drove the car I thought it was too firm so when I was braking there wasn't enough weight transfer with the whole chassis and you couldn't really get the car to move and literally did a couple of laps, felt that, came back in and just did two clicks softer which then adjusts your compression and your rebound and went back out again and you could go way quicker, way more comfortable.
