R & B Motorcycles

Hi, my name is Joe Pearson. Myself and my son bought a motorcycle through Russ at R&B motorcycles. Here's a picture of it. Russ took our money, $2,800, and we bought a motorcycle and two weeks later my son got pulled over. He got arrested for driving a stolen motorcycle. They took the motorcycle, they threw him in jail. Apparently, whoever sold the bike to Russ don't know if he knows him. I don't know anything about how Russ does business. All I know is that they took the motorcycle back. I don't have the motorcycle. He's got my $2,800 and I'm just simply trying to collect my $2,800 back. So I'm not trying to blackmail him. I just want my money back that I paid him, that I have a receipt and title for on a bike, that apparently another title super seeds. I don't know how he does business but I know that we had bike, we had title, we have receipt. I can't get my money back because now they have the bike back. So be careful when you deal with Russ. And took the motorcycle. And then what happened? He got pulled over, the bike was registered as stolen and the original owner took the bike. And it was over a month and a half later, I believe. And the charges were dropped, if I remember correctly. But my son didn't get the bike back, the original owner did, correct? Well, I don't know. Well, you're the consignment guy, right? So you took the money? As soon as the bike is sold, the deal is done, my hands are running to it. And I'm going to stop talking right now.
