Okay, t And that's . com, Indian Motorcycle of El Paso . com. We've got, right off the bat, there's no hero image here. We don't have a hero image. We don't have a call to action. We've got a menu. The same menu. We've got secure financing, home, inventory, showroom. There's a lot of options. When you give people so many options, you overwhelm them with. . . There's no clear choice here. I'm just overwhelmed with opportunities. Right off the bat, we've got a link to Facebook and Instagram. Now, if I click on Facebook, what will happen is Facebook will know that I'm coming from Indian Motorcycle of El Paso. It will start showing me advertising for motorcycle dealers So, not only do you lose SEO value because those link juice is being bled out through t So, basically, you're helping Facebook rank. You're helping Instagram rank. But if I click on either one of these, one, I'm leaving the website. The main goal should be to get people to the website and not give them an opportunity to leave the website. So, right off the bat, we're telling people, hey, look, go to Facebook, go to Instagram. And when I go to Facebook and Instagram, immediately I'll get advertising for their competition. I'll get other motorcycle companies. There's no clear call to action here. So, when you land on the website, what you should have is a hero image. Not any type of video playing. The video in the background is a total distraction. It doesn't show me anyt It's difficult to see. And it just takes away from. . . it takes my attention and makes me focus on somet Then you've got all these different links here. T We've got showroom, inventory services. What should happen is when I land on t It should tell me what it wants me to do next. In addition to that, you've got t So, they use a t And to be ADA compliant, it means that the user experience for me is the same as it would be. . . Yeah, the same as it would be for somebody who's got a handicap, somebody who's got some type of disability. But the fact that somebody with a disability has to click on the link makes it not the same. It's no longer equal. Basically, you're saying, hey, listen, if you've got a disability first, click on the link, then decide what you need to happen. And if you've never used t And you just got to start clicking on t And then you've got to click here to close it. So, t It's the exact opposite. It makes sure that it's not ADA compliant. It's what comes down the page. These pictures really look good. They really pop out there. I don'they don't need to move. And it would come down through here. We've got another About Us link. So, we've got three About Us links on here. We've got About Us here, About Us here. We've got About Us here. None of those know about Us here. We've got Contact here, Contact here. I mean, there's just so much going on. It really is just kind of overwhelming with everyt We've got Featured Inventory. We've got the Model Lineup, the Showroom. We've got an Inventory link here, an Inventory link here. Connect, Facebook, and Instagram again. T So, we've got. . . Every one of these links is bleeding link juice, and it takes away from the site's ability to rank. Instead of the website putting the link juice towards us on pages, it's putting it towards the company that built the website, DX1, it's putting it towards Instagram, towards Facebook. There's no clear call to action. You've got no idea what they want you to do. If we come in here, let'see what happens if I click on Parks Department. Did anyt Let's try that again. Okay, there it is. And then t I mean, on a desktop. So, t . . And then, once what should happen is you click on Parks Department, it should start asking me what type of motorcycle I have, what type of parts I need, but instead, all I get is a contact form. So, that's crazy. You can't even get parts on here. If I click on Service Department, what do we get? We've got. . . I mean, it's just kind of a crazy setup. Now, let's come over here and look at the speed. T So, the first kind of paint isn't in under a second. Then Google's not going to be able to spider the pages. So, you've got all these different pages in here. We've got the Indian Showroom. And again, I clicked on that, but it takes a little w T And then we come here, but the problem is, is because t It's not going to spider as often as it should, and it's not going to rank as And t 7 seconds, not only is there a ranking penalty on the website, it's not going to rank where it should rank, but it's also not going to get spidered as often, and people are going to leave. Google's own tests when they were testing the pay-per-click program, and hopefully t People were leaving and not buying t So, Google did some testing, and they figured out that, hey, Over half the visitors will leave if a website takes just three seconds. T 7 seconds. So that means a way over half the people are leaving before they ever do anyt So whatever advertising, say they're spending $1,000 on advertising, and you're getting one sale. You say, okay, yeah, I'd So you could say, okay, well, I'll just up my advertising spend. I'll spend $2,000 more. Or you could improve the load times by 100 milliseconds. So if t 7 to 8. 6, it would get more sales just from a 100 millisecond improvement. T 7 seconds for the largest content paint. That should be 0. 8 milliseconds for the largest content paint, not 8. 7. That is way too And the problem is, is they're using an outdated bootstrap template. Now, bootstrap is made for web developers who don't know how to develop websites. So that means that t You shouldn't be proud of it. You should be ashamed. And in addition to that, is losing them traffic. T If in Google's ranking algorithm, they look at how long people spend on the website, all the tests, every test that's ever been done, has shown that people will leave a website. In Google's own test, 53% will leave the website if it takes more than 3 seconds to load. T 1 seconds means that way over half the people are leaving the website. So that's a ranking, that's part of the ranking algorithm. So that's going to hurt your rankings right off the bat. So not only is it not ADA compliant, t And not only that, but to be ADA compliant, it can't have errors. If it's got one error, one error can prevent it from working correctly in a device, it can prevent the search engine from being able to spider it. It can cause it not to be ADA compliant. T So that means that the code is a mess. I mean, a professional should validate their code. I mean, the first t Yet you've got web developers developing websites and not even checking to see if they've got bad code or not. T It's got 40 warnings, 135 info messages, meaning that it's got problems that shouldn't be there. Some of them So you've got all these problems with the website and they still sell it to the customer And they don't even know it's costing them money. They look and say, oh, that they don't realize that there's no clear call to action. I don't know what to do here. What am I going to do? Okay, we'll go with the Indian showroom right here. If you look, t I built playing around for my wife's nieces husband. He owns a dealers And this is in Col If we look right here, you'll notice right off the bat, let's do t And it may have problems because Zero errors. The load time is still loading. If we click on the motorcycles here, we get the motorcycles. We can click on the type here. We can say, hey, We've got 360 degrees. We can change the color of the motorcycles. We can, I mean, it's got in the low look, 100% across everyt 8 seconds for the first content paint and 0. 9 milliseconds for the largest content paint. And if you click on t We can actually come in here and pick and choose w So, and t So, my nieces husband. So, there's no excuse for charging a customer for a website. T It's just terrible that you would even charge somebody if we get back over to that website. I mean, look how slow t And t So, that tab comes out. That's another link to the motorcycle t We've got new 20, but you can't click on that. I don't know what's going on. Motorcycles 20. I guess there's no new motorcycles maybe. But, I mean, and then we've got get financing. We've got C more details. I mean, it's just, t One, you should, well, t But the load time here should be under a second. It has to be under a second. If it's not under a second, Google can't spider all the pages. And t 5 seconds or it's got a ranking penalty. It's got all kinds of other penalties on it because Google's looking at how people respond to the website, how much time they spend on the website, how fast they click away, what pages they visit. And all the tests have shown of a website takes more than three seconds to load, 53% more than half the people will click away. And t 7 seconds. Maybe we come down here, look at all the errors and all the problems that Google finds on t And t Do I have problems? If I do have problems, I should try and fix those problems so I no longer have those problems. I mean, when we check t But if we look, we don't have any errors. We're not seeing all those errors and all those problems and everyt That's where a professional checks to make sure the website's error free when he finishes designing it. He does not design a website and leave all those errors on there I mean, it's just, it's terrible that you would design a website and then leave it full of errors and not even check it to see. So anybody using t I mean, you really should go back to your web developer. I mean, look at all these people that got working for them. I mean, I don't know if any of those people are coders or what they are, but if t I mean, that's just terrible. That's, it's a, I would be ashamed if I built a website with as many errors and with as many problems as t
