Hey, I'm Terry, the Ambassador of Fun here at Texas Harley-Davidson. And I'm Sarah, the Marketing Director, and we want to welcome you to the flagship. Let's go check it out. Well, here we are standing in our flagship store. This store is just north of 72,000 square feet. We sell it over six and a half acres and at a cost of over $10 million. That makes us the largest Harley-Davidson store in the great state of Texas. Our inventory is huge. At any one time, we have over 500 new Harley-Davidson's in this store. As you see, this dealership was designed to look That's why you have the open catwalks, the exposed steel, the brick. These signature panels are signed by every customer that has purchased a motorcycle since we moved in here. It's part of our culture and this is just a way for you to show it off to all your friends and family. So you get to leave your permanent mark on the dealership. We're going to walk down to our service drive. Where we're standing right now is in our service drive area. Ride your bike right in through these double doors, come right up and pull up to one of the six service advisors' desks. They'll diagnose your bike there, take it back to one of our seven master level technicians. When they're finished, they'll roll your bike out on this side and off you go. Ride in service department, guys. You're looking at our second showroom. Right now, we're housing over 300 motorcycles here. This room itself is larger than 9% of the heart of stores in the United States. That's a big deal. When you get to the service department, you're going to notice something really neat that we have here. We have the world's largest bar and shield sign. Where does it belong? It belongs in Texas. We brought the sign down here and it's been sitting here for nearly three years waiting to be put in this building. Right behind me is the world's largest bar and shield, right here in our service department. Our service department is un Out of our ten technicians, six of them are master level five technicians. That's the highest you can go with Harley-Davidson Technician Education. We know that Right behind us, guys, you're looking at our indoor wash bays. We have been washing backs outdoors since 1988. You get your bike back cleaner and nicer than it was when you dropped it off the desk. We're standing in our motor clothes department right now and it's hard not to notice this 2002 V-Rod. This is one cool motorcycle. This is the first year that Harley-Davidson really came out of their shell and made a motorcycle that was un What we're looking at right now is our parts bar. The idea behind the parts bar is to simulate the experience you would have with you and a buddy in a garage customizing your bike. It's just you and a friend dreaming up the coolest motorcycle you can possibly build. This is one of our customer lounges here at Texas Harley. This is where our riders come in and hang out. We've got some great furniture here for them to relax. It's a great way for them to get out of the heat or get out of the cold and just have a good time. This is the flagship dealership. This is the largest dealership in the state of Texas. The walk in this building your morning is amazing. When I get out of my car and look at it, what we've accomplished here and to have a job Over 72,000 square feet of space to merchandise the motorcycles, parts and motor clothes.
