Hey, I'm BJ from Ryder's Wholesale. We're now at the Modofino warehouse today in Augusta, Georgia. Just wanted to come down here and show you around parts of our warehouse and show you kind of how the operation works from day to day down here. Over here we've got boxes and things of parts starting out, back to the sill and nothing to parts for all of our scooters. That's one of the things that, Here'scooters and the boxes along the wall. You can see everything is in real nice condition the way it'stacked in here. Everybody takes their time stacking and handling them with gentle care before it goes out to you. Over here on this side we've got more scooters going back over into the back. There's more parts over here piled up in boxes all around. All different kinds of parts and scooters. There's also a real fast turnaround on shipping your scooter in and out of the warehouse here. Sometimes it gets chaotic at a place Normally it's a real fast turnaround but sometimes it can take a few days to get them out to you. It just depends on how many is moving at that time. Then we're going to take you all around the corner here. All the samples sit over here on this side. A lot of your real little nuts, bolts, blinkers, everything is n It's real easy to get to here in this room. They keep it all right here. Pull. If anybody ever needs a part, This is another workshop. There are more scooters inside this workshop here. Then there's a lot of body parts and different components to scooters all down through that wall right there. There's rims. You name it, parts are here. You got more body panels there and back in the back they do some work on some scooters. Here's another little part. There's a lot of tires stocked here. A lot of tire boxes and parts over here. There's a lot of neck corners stacked to the ceiling and a lot of engine parts and spare engines and things stacked right there. All right, over here to this side there's a shipping room here for parts. Shipping boxes and things are there. Everything's put together right here to be shipped out. Everything that comes out on warranty claim form, if you ever have one, usually goes out the same day. If not within a couple of days, the staff here is real great. All right, now I'm going to take you upstairs here into another part area and let you see what parts we got up here on this mezzanine. All right, up here you can see, keep a lot of little parts up here as well. Everything's real neatly n Some parts in all these boxes here, then back on this side. There's even little bins, parts in them. I mean, right down to that there for your scooter. Unbelievable. Everything's here, you just, you don't see that. There's camshafts, throttle grips. Over here you got side covers for engines, heads, cylinder jugs, more side covers, brake assemblies, mirrors. You ever need a set of mirrors? There's mirrors here. I think it's important to show everybody out there, you know, this because that's the n I mean, right there, there's a valsti You name it, they've thought of it. Now there is occasions maybe you might call in a new scooter, but I think it's a good occasion, maybe you might call in and need something and it might be gone or run out.
