Alright, for the iPad 2, there are two cables you really want to watch out for. Wack by cable, which is right here, and your lock button vol Other than that, there's not too many cables that you need to watch out for. So step one would be heat your iPad up. You want to use a pretty generous amount of heat to loosen it up. We have our heat gun set at 500 degrees Celsius. Next, you want to get your tool under the glass. You want to get stuck, so use more heat. After removing the screen, the digitizer, you want to remove four corner screws that hold the LCD down. They're all the same size. After removing the four screws, you want to lift the LCD up. You just need to take your nut, and then you're going to want to remove the clip right here. You just need to take your clip up, and gently move it out.
