What began as a typical line of Nebraska thunderstorms, developed into the most electric storm I've witnessed to date. I need to get close to those Mimodas, but not too close because of the low level clouds. Mimodas are up here. I b With each passing minute, more and more lightning activity became visible. It soon became evident Mother Nature was cooking up something unusual. Guys, I wanted you to see this storm. This is real time. I am not time-lapsing this. This is a thunderstorm. I'll pan the camera so that you can see. But that is real time. Constant flickering of lightning. This is unbelievable. If you look out in the field too, you'll see fireflies. Let me turn my car off.
