Welcome to Cellular Sales, the nation's premi We basically founded Cellular Sales in the first day of 1993 and took off from the very first day. We tripled the sales out of the gate and we've never looked back. We've never had a bad month. We're fortunate. We've never had to go and scratch our heads and say, We're expanding so fast that there's leave, there's opportunity everywhere. After years of unprecedented growth and new stores opening every month, we're in the market for sales representatives. We are looking for something different than any other retail company. We are actually trying to get reps that will steal our traffic. We want you to take the customers that come in our showroom and make them your own. We want somebody that knows how to sell properly and how to make or build a relationship with that customer and take that to the next level. To be successful in this company, you need to have two things, The first is personal responsibility. Understanding that I control my actions, I control my success, and then can you be a self-promoting rep? In other words, can you sell yourself? Self-promotion, which is truly what the greatest salesmen in the world do in any organization. Somebody that knows how to take care of their customers beyond the sale and how to service others and how to work towards the mutual benefit of the customer and of our company. I look for people to take ownership of their successes and their failures. We put so much trust and responsibility on the reps' shoulders that they really have to be able to hold themselves accountable day in and day out. At cellular sales, reps essentially run their own business. Business owners working with other business owners, that's what it is supposed to be. The comparison between working for the company I was with previously and being my own independent contractor is night and day. We are looking for business partners to work with us, not for us. The front lines are our company. That's where the heaviest emphasis is put in this company. They have all the abilities to make transactions and to make business happen for themselves. They don't need manager approval, they don't need to call somebody and ask permission. We've always known that our name is Cellular Sales and we've always known that we have to value the people that can actually move the product and our entire emphasis is on that relationship with customers and you're treated that way. I've learned how to build a relationship quickly with my clients. I've found a way to tear down their walls and make an impression on them, a positive impression very quickly. It's an industry that's clearly in the service industry that seems fairly hell-bent on not servicing people. If you look at other companies our size that are producing hundreds of millions of dollars a year in revenue and growing at the rate we are, they have a sales force that they're trying to lead and they're doing it off of stat sheets and they're doing it through accountants and attorneys. That's what's managing them and motivating them. They don't understand the focus on the individual sales rep and how valuable they are and that's truly the strength of our company and that's why we have no management and that's why we're able to pay so well. The management structure is almost nonexistent. So what does it take to be the Verizon person in town? We are looking for and we attract personally responsible people, entrepreneurs, ambitious, smart people who have a servant's heart. To work for this company you've got to love a challenge. You've got to be driven and motivated and willing to succeed on your own. You don't need to know how to sell when you come here. You better have a motor. You better want to get better. We can take you there. And the financial rewards? The opportunity in this company is better now than it was ten years ago. It was a great opportunity ten years ago. So it shows how great it is now. I don't know of anyone who has anything close to our commission structure and we're proud of that but we get what we pay for. You have the flexibility to make as much as you put into this company.
