Different point of view and I want Now today we have a Toshiba laptop and the reason why the customer brought this in is because the keyboard on it doesn't work properly, the mousepad doesn't work properly as well, it's probably just a loose connector but we're going to have to check and make sure. A full clean up, a full keyboard change obviously and on the backside of the laptop, a hard drive change. The customer wants new hard drive inside with a new fresh copy of Windows inside, it doesn't care about losing these details and any data on there. Okay, so the first thing is the keyboard which doesn't seem to be working properly according to what the customer said. And also there's the n If Thank you. Okay then, we're back. I hope you enjoyed that time lapse of the laptop taken apart, cleaning up and changing the hard drive on the keyboard. Now the laptop seems to be fixed perfectly, I did indeed test the mousepad, the mousepad was not faulty at all, it was just the F5 key which is the mousepad lock or unlock button. When it comes to the Windows wise, I did indeed change that as you can see right here. Custom has a new version of Windows now, Windows 10 Pro brand new fully activated. Now that's it, that's the laptop done. Good indeed, contact the customer about the battery as it seems to not all charge a lot and they disagreed with my idea of changing the battery so we didn't go ahead and do that for them. Now that's pretty much it for the repair of this Toshiba laptop.
