Since its inception, this boutique establishment has presented a uniquely rustic, yet sophisticated contemporary approach to traditional "beach" decor. We specialize in comfortable, American-made upholstery, reclaimed and painted wood finishes as well as a generous selection of iron and stainless steel accent pieces, nautically-inspired art, lighting and accessories, and unique items from around the globe. Root is virtually the only shop of its kind in either Ocean or Monmouth Counties. While we currently offer limited outside design services, we are always available to assist you in our showroom, and if time permits, at your request, we may visit your home to assist you!
