At the same time we're backed by a large company which I think provides us with a lot of great benefits. The environment here is fast-paced but I When you really I think the good thing about working for a global company is that you interact with interesting, very diverse people every day. I've been very lucky in my career and regularly get to travel to most of the Ideas offices. At the Singapore office alone we have people from France, Australia, Australia, Philippines and China. We work together, have lunch together, have fun together, drinks together. So it really feels The environment is really very free. I can go and talk to any person very easily. We operate We have a very casual dress policy. We do have snacks in the office. There's never a lack of M&M's around. I hope In fact it should just be the coffee machine. You have restaurants that are closed by, you have the gym. So I go and work out during my breaks. If you have a great idea you can run with it. You'll never be criticized because of trying new things. It's really an innovative company. We are able to keep up with technologies. We're able to move very rapidly in an agile environment. There's no red tape holding innovation up. And the management world really trusts you to make good judgement calls and give you the autonomy to make your own decisions.
