It's the guys out here so this video won't be too long, I'm just going to show you what it looks I'm currently standing in the guest ratio so let me turn you around. This is where the sink will be over here, here's all the pl and then and last but not least we have the guest restroom with this beautiful mosaic tile from Bill Nose Tile so when you walk in we have the marble flooring and then on to the right hand side we have the towel bar it's a wallet paper bar, we have your standard toilet and then you have this big beautiful mosaic tile, porcelain tile there's also chrome fixtures in this restroom so you'll see that here in the faucets and we have another porcelain big tile on this back wall which wraps around the rest of the restroom and here we have a free standing vanity that has a quartz countertop and a chrome faucet and then we have this mirror with the chrome detailing on it's also a medicine cabinet to create some more storage and then we've got this big beautiful chrome lighting over here the sconce, it's a four lit sconce and then when we pan around to the entrance over here we have a chrome hand towel holder and we have the light switches and if I pan up to the ceiling we have a sky lamp with some recess lighting and we have the exhaust fan but I really love how this turned out, it was a smaller space but with all this light tile and big tile with less grout, it doesn't look too busy and it still gives that open clean look tell me what you want to do, what you need to tell me, tell me what you need to tell me this is the master restroom and if we look over here we have this big beautiful porcelain tiles with some texture to it and then we've got this big beautiful mosaic tile over here that goes behind the toilet and then we have the master shower over here went with all the chrome fixtures, the toilet just decided to open, it's a toilet and then we go in the master shower, we have the chrome fixtures to go with theme of the restroom, we have the niche over here, the niche tile that matches the pan floor tile and we have the chrome schluder around the niche and then the chrome schluder around the window and then when we pan around we have the handles over here that you can turn on and off the shower while standing outside of the shower, we had to get custom glass made for the shower whenever you have a half a wall or a pony wall you have to have custom glass put in and then when we pan around to the faucets and the sinks we have this big beautiful open space here to put baskets or some extra towels and then we've got the chrome handles with the grayish vanity and then we've got the quartz countertops over here with the chrome faucets and then we have the LED lit mirrors over here, they are medicine cabinets so it has more storage, they have mirrors inside as well to bounce lighting off of it and then if we pan around to the lights hanging here, the pendants we've just got something simple to hang over the vanity and then we've got that towel, the tile that carries on, the porcelain tile that carries on throughout the master and then we have this chrome towel, hand towel holder and then when we pan around here we have this big beautiful mosaic that they wanted on this wall the same mosaic that is behind the toilet, just big and beautiful and then they have the chrome towel bar over here on it, it kind of blinks in so it's not really obstructing the mosaic Alrighty guys, that is the end of this tour of this big beautiful home I really had fun doing this project, it turned out beautiful if I may say so myself we just had my client here and we just had Alex from Atlas General Construction here who was the project manager on this job and everything seemed to be good everyone was happy, so I'm happy so if
