So many of our clients are so busy in their lives that they don't have time to think about all the details and we take care of everything. There's really nobody out there doing what we do. We are a furniture and accessory store that everything's available off the floor, but more importantly, we do a lot of interior design. While the design shows have made our cons The heart of our store is our Custom Design Center. It's where we pick out the fabrics for the upholstery, the wood finishes for the case goods, everything from paint and wallpaper to tile and sofa fabric choices. We do try to offer design tips on Facebook and Twitter so that people can make informed buying decisions for themselves. We believe that being transparent is very important in our business. We want clients to know, A, where the products are coming from, B, that they're a good product and C, that they're not overpaying for that product. I think one of the ways that we develop trust with our customers is we follow through and do what we say we're going to do and follow through on their needs. We have a 15 day return policy and we stand behind all of our products. Policy is always n Many of our products are made here in the United States. There's many products that we carry that national retailers carry and we are every day lower than even their sales prices. We spend so much time at home and it's a really down time. It's our sanctuary time and it's really important to feel really good about the space that you live in, especially in today's world where everything on the outside world gets so happy.
