I'm Lori Lester and I'm Heather. We make about 250 some odd flavors of gelato. We have sorbet and gelato. We rotate the flavors all the time so you may come in and want your favorite and we're gonna have something different. We also make French macarons. We make about 50,000 a year now and those are made with the whole ingredients. We sell a ton of bubble tea so we have the traditional most kids don't We have all kind of boba's. We serve we have little pizzas. Stuff pretzels as well. Stuff pretzels and then we sell a n Waukesha is my home. I've been here since I was 15. I graduated from Waukesha South and then I raised my family in Big Ben. So this is my home. I remember way back when I was a teenager and this was this has all been transformed. So it's my heart. It's my home. We're always really thankful that there's more people coming down and more urban. I love it. It's generated a lot of new people. People come from all over to check out the Friday Night Live and of course we have a line out the door so that everybody wants to find out what this is all about.
