Now We're going all around upstate New York judging the best soft serve they have to offer so Now everywhere we go we're judging their small twist because if they can't sell you a good small twist it doesn't matter what bells, whistles, sprinkles or dinkles they're putting on this thing. Step two the durability test. It's crucial because there's nothing more embarrassing or degrading to you than have your ice cream fall on the floor when you're trying to eat it or God forbid on your lap.
