Hi, my name is Sam and I'm the general manager of Creamistry. Creamistry is Orange County's premier liquid nitrogen ice cream shop. The Creamistry difference is the fact that we use liquid nitrogen to instantly freeze the ice cream in front of the customer. And now when we freeze it that fast, it creates smaller particles which leads to a much smoother and creamier textured ice cream. Liquid nitrogen is very cold. It's actually negative 321 degrees. And that is what leads to instant freezing on contact. So here's the Creamistry process. The customer first chooses the base that they want. We have premi We also have non-dairy sorbet bases for people who may be lactose intolerant or just don't prefer dairy. After they order it, they pick the flavor. We have over 50 flavors so we'll definitely find you a flavor that you After the flavoring, you pick the topping. We have over 50 mixings and toppings as well so if you add all that in, we're good to go. Once that selection is made, the flavor will put all that together in a bowl. It'll make it all right in front of your eyes. After that, we'll hand it over to our freezer. And the freezer will use the liquid nitrogen injected directly into the mixing bowl. And as it's mixing, it'll instantly freeze and lead to that awesome texture. Once that's done, the scoopers will put the rest of the toppings and everything into the cup and give it to you.
