At Creamestree, the liquid nitrogen to flash freeze our ice cream at negative 321 degrees Fahrenheit. Because the liquid nitrogen is so cold, it causes the milk particles to stay very small rather than form into large ice crystals, leaving you with an ultra smooth, creamy texture. Customers pick their base choosing from premi From there, they choose one of over 30 different ice cream flicks. Once the ice cream base is mixed, the liquid nitrogen is added in and our guests get a chance to observe the creations from the start to finish. When the ice cream is ready to be scooped, our cremologist will add the toppings or mix them to the cup and present it to the customer.
