Customers, ethnic grocery stores, dessert chefs and mother nature are some of the sources we go to for inspiration. The end result is always unique outrageous flavor combinations. Emack & Bolio’s strongly opposes using Milk from Cows Injected with the Genetically Induced Hormone bST. Many of our flavors are even Certified Halal by the Islamic Services of America. Our list of over 100 flavors each year is kept fresh through making new product each week! Now we got what I'm talking about, some ice cream. Plus my friend owns it. Yeah, gotta come. But not today because they're clothes. Twenty minutes later. Okay, we are fortunate enough that one of the owners is here working today. Let's go meet her. This is Kathy Algus. She is her husband and E-Mac and Bullio's here in the Heights. So Kathy, what made Craziness. We actually had talked several times about owning a property down here in the Heights. And we did turn the Heights. We love it here and the opportunity came up so we j Nice, nice. Can you give us some history of E-Mac and Bullio's? I know this was here before So what is the history? Yep, it's been in total about 15 years. We are the third owner. It is a Boston based ice cream, Same gentleman's owned since 1974. You can hear the rock and roll music in the background. I'm sure we have a rock and roll theme here. Since we bought the place, we had done a. . . I mean we've done. . . We spruced up the art in here and freshened the place up so that it looks a little more Sure, sure. So it looks like you have a ton of yes, this is my Yusuf Jav, making bowls and cones. Our homes are made homemade in-house and then the cones are decorated. Very nice. And a whole array here of different flavors of ice cream. So what is your best seller? A Soustit Chamorrio. It's a Soustit Marchel Ice Cream with graham cracker swirl and courriots. It is the company's n Really? Yes. Okay. And if somebody wanted to, they could put. . . It looks Yep, yep, but I think we're pretty full service. I mean, we do a lot of smoothies. E-Mac is known for smoothies. So we do crash fruit smoothies, shapes, sundaes, anything Nice. So what are your hours? We are open every day, but Sunday and Monday right now, two to eight and then the weekend's two to nine. And once you get a little closer to warmer weather, Monday. Wonderful. All right, It is absolutely delicious. I need to come down here to E-Mac and Goliath's in the Great Uri Heights strip area.
