Customers, ethnic grocery stores, dessert chefs and mother nature are some of the sources we go to for inspiration. The end result is always unique outrageous flavor combinations. Emack & Bolio’s strongly opposes using Milk from Cows Injected with the Genetically Induced Hormone bST. Many of our flavors are even Certified Halal by the Islamic Services of America. Our list of over 100 flavors each year is kept fresh through making new product each week!
