Thai rolled ice cream In the summer of 2015, I traveled with a group of like-minded friends to Thailand, and it was this trip that inspired us to open our own business. There were so many fresh and interesting things in the beautiful and bustling city of Thailand. We were exposed to rolled ice cream for the first time, thats when we discovered that working with ice cream could be extremely fun. After returning to the United States, we started our own business, to make a delicious and fun new ice cream chain. We now have the Mr.cool chain. When we started Mr.cool, our goal was to be both delicious and fun. Years later, our next goal is to be able to bring our fun ice cream roll shop to many other cities while incorporating more fun combinations.
