You're a true neighborhood joint. Over 60 years it's been here in this community. Kind of always a happy place to be, right? You get ice cream when good things happen. Primo's runs the gamut of every kind of sugary, so we're famous for our cones with the little eyes on them, right? We have crazy shakes. We have great sundaes. We have our funnel cake sundae that we do. We have food too. Very cute. A lot of people don't realize that we have food. Beer standard hot dogs, chili dog, beets. We get a really good burger too. We just try to keep it fun overall. A lot of ice cream joints may be open in We stay year round. It's not s You gotta have ice cream and you gotta get a funnel cake. Talk to me about this funnel cake sundae. What the hell is that? So we make a, Then we top it with our ice cream. You get a couple of toppings. We can do a banana split on it. We can do a turtle sundae on it. We can do basically anything you want. We should definitely make this today. We have to put together a funnel cake sundae from Primo's. Absolutely. We can do that. Where do we begin? Yeah, we begin back here by the Deep Fryer where we take the funnel cake batter. We ladle it into the funnel and then we put it into the funnel cake mold and we let it fry up. It's about three minutes to perfectly fry up. It's all those Squiggly, crazy lines. I remember when somebody was showing me how to make funnel cakes, they said you just kind of make random zigzag squiggles. Pretend you're two-year-old with a crack. That's how I live my life. What's next? We dust it with powdered sugar. We pour some of our delicious soft serve over it and then we top it. Customers' choice. They can put anything on top of that sundae. We recommend one wet, one dry topping. So dry toppings. We have all kinds of candies. We have brownie bits. We have pound cake with chocolate pound cake. The wet toppings have fudge, caramel, chocolate syrup, marshmallow topping, which is a lot of fun too. But people can get any two toppings they want. You can add as many as they What's your favorite toppings? I really partial to the banana split version. So we take the banana, we slice it in half, then we drizzle each mound of ice cream with one of the toppings. The traditional banana split is strawberry topping, pineapple topping. We add chocolate syrup, then we put a bunch of whipped cream on the ice cream and the funnel cake. We do some chopped peanuts over that and a cherry. And then the final drizzle of chocolate syrup just to make it all happy, happy. Okay, hang on, hang on. I heard angels singing as well. A chorus of angels. I've made songs. Ah, and the sun shone.
