Un nuevo concepto en Helados


Did The first thing we are going to do is mix yogurt with natural pine nut, which is super creamy and has 12 grams of protein per portion. We are going to add cornstarch, 3 eggs, vanilla essence and your preference sweetener. We mix very well and take to the oven. Then we wait 30 minutes until it cools down and you will get the perfect dessert to eat after training. You can accompany it with jam and fresh fruits.
