Ice cream making runs in my family. Actually, back in the 1800s, my family brought over from Italy to Scotland, Gelato parts. Initially started adding alcohol to softened the ice cream, so I started experimenting with adding more of it to my ice cream mix. We offer boozy ice cream flights, which are awesome. So they're served in shot glasses that are rimmed with rainbow sprinkles and chocolate. Tequila Mexican hot chocolate, which was my favorite, definitely amazing. First time we had it was really good. I think it was the vanilla bean bourbon. Super good, super good. It's more than subtle. It's there on certain flavors. It's up to 5% alcohol by vol Yeah, I'm out here just making sure hooligans get in here and get too rowdy in this ice cream. We'really using the alcohol to enhance the ingredients of the ice cream, although people always ask, how much do I need to eat to get drunk?
