We started this journey here at Mellow Cream in 2019. Were smarter to bring Red Zone in at the beginning. Anything you need to do in an operational standpoint to make your process better, there's a tool within Red Zone to help you achieve that. So the CI process isn't just about how many units we put by the people, it's about the environment in which we do that as well. That's part of what gains traction with your team is they start to see that there's a voice. So my job is to figure out how to make more with less and get more at the bottom line. And that's the tool that this is. Went through at least four failed CI type implementations in our business before we landed on Red Zone. Where the others failed that Red Zone has succeeded is with involving the operators. Our culture has been completely enhanced because of the ability to give people a voice we didn't have. I think Red Zone actually is the culture of our company. I think if you took it out you'd lose a big part of what's become fun to work at CMC. Three years ago our turnover was nearly 100 percent. And this year going into the end of 2024 we're down to 20 percent turnover. We view it as a byproduct of Red Zone involving team members. They're being heard, they're being trained, they're being given opportunities. We've taken two of our frozen cookie dough lines that were at capacity and increased our open capacity by nearly 50 percent by reducing our downtime. And it's because of using Red Zone to understand where our downtime is coming from. Were over 300 percent turnovered to we had a job fair two months ago. The job fair started at 11 and at 10. 45 we had 30 people sitting in our lobby. For the last six months average I'm under 20 percent turnover but it's been dramatic in what our company is
