You can use dry ice to make ice balls. At first, we started to throw drops on the dry ice with the hope that they would form balls, but they ended up falling. They fell, rolling, but if the ice was left over the dry ice for a couple of seconds, now we saw balls. In reality, this was going pretty well, except that when you remove a ball each time, they all started to melt. So I used a plastic bowl and I started using a very strategic method. It was fast, and a few hours later, I had half a glass of ice balls, which I used a lot of work, but the truth is that they knew pretty well.
