Gelato-go opened the business in 2013 and now is developing its franchising program across Florida and California
Hi everybody, I'm with Alessandro, owner of the Gelato Go franchise, and they just opened a new location here in El Segundo. So Alessandro, tell us about Gelato Go. So first of all, different from other Gelato places, we make our base from scratch, which technically means that we balance each flavor as we want, so our Gelato has an 8% fat, for the FDA, whatever it's within the 10% fat. And here that lady's 8% fat, that's pretty good. So whatever it's within the 10% is considered Gelato, otherwise it's considered Ice Cream. Along with providing catering and wholesale services, Gelato Go has 16 locations in the United States, and recently opened up a store in Hong Kong. El Segundo'store is the third location in the Los Angeles area.
