I have another custom ice cream coming out and it is gonna be the s I want all of I teamed up with Wanderlust again to create this delicious Rose and White Peach Ice Cream. It's a rose scented ice cream swirled with a house-made jam of juicy white peaches and rose petals and the whole process was so much fun. We are doing a rose peach ice cream. It is gonna be super refreshing, nice and citrusy, overly floral-y. We really wanted to use local ingredients and also peaches are in season. They're gonna be really sweet. Yeah, I love floral flavors but then these can taste soapy. Yeah. So I feel We took the signature Wanderlust ice cream base and added in literally a 16 teaspoon of rose water to a liter of the base just to give it that essence. Then we let that get to churning while we mastered the peach jam. We pureed the white peaches and then added a dash of peach soju and a little bit of sugar. The alcohol and sugar help prevent it from getting icy which is something that happens with fruit because of the high water content. Then we tested if we wanted this rose jam inside the peach puree. First we tested it without, delicious. Then with the rose jam. That'so good but. . . Oh, the house-grown on the rose. Okay, so maybe we do it but less. There's a little bit of rose in here as well as the base so that it's a happy marriage. Jesus. But that is good. It'so good. You did it. Rose, how did you come up with this? It'so good. Peach jam is perfect and now it's time to assemble. We added our rose ice cream to the tin as well as our peach jam with rose petals. Swirled it all together so it's all even and delicious and fruity. And then when you get it in store, I suggest you get it with an ube cone and top it with some rose crystals for texture.
