It steeps generally for about 24 hours, so the time does the work for you. What it produces is a coffee concentrate that'stable, meaning it doesn'turn bitter when you put it in the bottle. It kept refrigerated, it lasted at least up to two months, and you dilute it per cup. As you want it hot or cold, more people equate it with iced coffee, but it's just as good hot in a microwave. You just, It makes a great mocha, If you say you're not a coffee drinker and you want to keep some in your house for when somebody comes over, you can just make it per cup. We just got to, So we're going to be going into probably 17 Krogers in this immediate area. And then there's, I think, 100 and something in this district. We've been in Whole Foods. I guess it's about two months. And I think they told us were one of the 50 top sellers in groceries, which is pretty good. I love the environment. Good people and great products.
