Lucy's Lab Creamery

You scream ice cream, we all scream for ice cream. And joining us this morning from Lucy's Lab, we have General Manager Lee Wang, also ice cream artisan, Tiffany Tran, And then we have Emmy Hart from Yelp talking about the great reviews from Lucy's Lab. Thank you. But tell us about the concept. Who is Lucy? Well Lucy is my mom. I named it after her. She actually passed away in 2012. So this is kind of in memory of her and she actually passed away from breast cancer. So a portion of the proceeds are going towards different breast cancer charities. That is so wonderful. Wonderful. I'm so glad to hear that. The different flavors, I mean they have been inspired with we've got Fruit Loop Bacca, we've got different flavors. Can you tell us a little more about that Tiffany? Yeah. So right now we have seven different flavors and they're all really different. Like from Fruit Loop Bacca to our season right now is P So it's all different. I've never really seen So it's a Hawaiian sweet roll that's cut in half and then it's any choice of Nutella spread and then we have different homemade jams depending on the week and then we also have Guava Jelly. So you choose that and you choose any flavor of ice cream and we put it in the middle and then we toast it up so it's warm on the outside but still cold on the inside. It's really good. That is art right there. It's warm on the outside, cold on the inside. It's breakfast. I am on the same page with you. The reviews are great. Everybody loves the types of different flavors, the combinations that Lucy's lab is bringing to us. So they're four stars, 65 reviews and I think right out of the gate they were a social media favorite. They're just the type of business that people love on Yelp where everything is made in-house and they make other ice cream every week so you have to get there. No frostbite on the ice cream.
