Bubby started in Honolulu 30 years ago making ice cream. Mochi is premi The rice flour is cooked and it is placed via machinery around the ice cream and from there it is frozen and goes into the packaging. We make the product in a different manner than virtually everybody else in the industry. We have roughly 30 active flavors and we do some really significant and unique things. We've created a blood orange and a red velvet cake and some things that are really a little bit left of center but not polarizing left of center. They'really, really good products. We have the highest quality ingredients that are available on the market.
