Sweet Charlie's

Welcome today's episode of Laura on the Square. Today we are visiting sweet Charlie's and with us is Logan. Thanks for having us. Hey thank you so much for coming. So sweet Charlie's, where did the name come from and what does it mean? The name actually comes from our owner Kyle Billig's dog. His name is Charlie so the name sweet Charlie's ice cream sweet so just kind of came to be. We kind of really drive home a very family friendly fun atmosphere. We try to be very And sweet Charlie's has a very unique way of doing ice cream. Tell me a little bit about it. It's officially called deep fried ice cream because it's kind of The ice cream comes to us, never been frozen before, we pour it on the pan mixing a ton of ingredients, make it for the customer, top it and yeah. Speaking of ice cream, what are the options? How can you roll them? We have a lot of different styles so to speak. We can serve it traditionally in a cup. We can also do a specialty item called a tall Charlie and then we also have milkshakes that we can do and the waffles. We have a variety of flavors that we do with the waffles and we can also serve them with ice cream as well. So Logan if I look out my window and I see a lot of folks waiting in line, how can I get my sweet Charlie's?
