Welcome to Cornicone! Grand Ledge is a town of about 8,000 people found along the Grand River. And Cornicone is a local ice cream shop located at the center of Grand Ledge. Cornicone is a family business owned by Shiele Kohoon and her husband and has been open for 20 years. Families have been coming here for many different reasons. For birthdays, to celebrate a sportsman, or just to enjoy some ice cream. Many of the employees at Cornicone are or have worked there in high school and say it is a fun and laid back place to work. Hi, so what's your name and how long have you been working here? My name is Bri and I've currently worked here for three weeks, but I did work here in high school. Three? Seventeen years ago, maybe? Three. So what's your favorite thing about working at Cornicone? I would say the razzles probably that's what a lot of people come here for or are Sundays the green caramel apple in the grasshopper seem to be pretty popular. One iconic thing about Cornicone is the oversized ice cream trash can that can be seen from town whenever Cornicone is open. Cornicone is best known for their razzles and there are many other proud favorites. And I would be That was one of my requests when I came back. I picked Cornicone because I enjoy the wide variety of different types of ice creams you can pick. I also enjoy Cornicone because I have a bunch of childhood memories here. My favorite thing about Cornicone is probably the peanut butter shake. My favorite thing to get at Cornicone is a large lemon malt. My favorite thing to get at Cornicone is the chocolate cheese. Cornicone is a great place to get some ice cream and is a very iconic part of Grand Lodge.
