The Colonel's Creamery

It'something of an addiction, but kernels, I mean, I want to tell you that I'm grateful. I'm grateful for the loyalty that people have shown to the kernels creamery, how much they've enjoyed the ice cream. As a Kentucky Proud member, we make all of our ice cream right here in Kentucky, and we source our ingredients with Kentucky products wherever possible. So fruits, berries, p We try to get Kentucky product wherever possible. We're approached to use our bacon in the ice cream, which was rather surprising. But when we heard the flavor of maple bacon, we thought that was a great idea, so we supplied some. Don did a couple of experiments on it and came up with just the most wonderful ice cream ever. It was really, really good, and were proud to be associated with it. That's one thing that's really important to me, is that it's using all locally sourced products and locally sourced ingredients and that sort of thing. So there's definitely a cultural connection, as well as the ice cream itself. So you don't get that big box feel. You get this very local feel. You feel Don's flavors are amazing. I mean, we've just been blown away by the different flavors that he comes up with and the combinations. I had given ice cream up for 30 years, and now he's got me addicted again to ice cream. I'm I travel to 48 states for my job, and I tell people about it everywhere, and I tell them that you can FedEx it, have it to you the next day. I'm just absolutely grateful for the amount of loyalty that people have shown and how much they I really am very grateful and appreciative. We're very happy to be associated with the kernels Creamery, and we're happy to eat the product as well, because it's awesome.
