Turtle Tom's Ice Cream Shoppe

Hello, my name is Rain and I'm a lead worker here at Turtle Tom's. We are a small ice cream shop located in the small town of Eaton Rapids, Michigan. We offer a wide variety of quality, hand-dipped ice cream flavors, vanilla and chocolate soft serve and frozen desserts such as banana splits, sundaes and razzles. Were introduced to Harbor Touch by a neighboring business who had a system and loved it. We wanted a POS system that would allow us to run our business more efficiently and would be simple to use. Once we got a demo of the system, we knew Harbor Touch Echo would be the best fit for us. The installation and setup process was trouble-free. Harbor Touch programmed the system with our menu before they sent it to us, so there was very little setup that we had to do once the equipment arrived. Once the system was installed, our staff picked it up in no time. It's easy to use and very user-friendly, so within a few hours everyone was completely up to speed on how to use it. We really love the reports available through the ecosystem. They give us a good understanding of what's happening in our business, and the fact that we can access our reports online makes it really convenient. One of our favorite things about the system is how easy it is to update the menu. Some of our flavors change daily and the ecosystem makes it easy to manage these changes to keep the menu current. Before we got our Harbor Touch Echo system, our orders were handwritten and many of our processes were manual. Now we are taking and processing orders faster than ever. Our entire experience with Harbor Touch has been great. Our sales representative has been with us every step of the way, and the support has been wonderful as well. Because of the simplicity of the system, we do not need to call Harbor Touch very often for support, but when we do, all of our questions and issues are resolved very quickly. We would definitely recommend the Harbor Touch Echo system.
