Ashland Farm Dairy is owned by Amanda and George Latini, the current owners of Monponsett Inn in Halifax. George Thomas Gill and his brothers Henry, Billy and Joe owned the original Ashland Farms in Holbrook. George was named after his grandfather and played on the farm as a child. He has many fond memories of the farm that is no longer there. We decided to let the name live on in our ice cream shop. We look forward to working in East Bridgewater and creating memories for you and yours at our Ashland Farm Dairy.
