Hi, my name is Zach Shama. I'm a manager here at Detroit Water Ice and I am say Detroit. Well Detroit Water Ice is a finely shaved smooth thin ice. It has no dairy, no cholesterol and it's fat free and gluten free. We have over 20 different flavors. We also have regular Dairy Queen style soft serve ice cream. We have a Motown Mesh which is kind of And we also have hot beverages, coffee and hot chocolate as well as crepes and hot pretzels. So we have just about everything for everyone. Detroit Water Ice is actually founded by Mitch Alb All the proceeds made in dollar in and dollar out go back to the say Detroit Charities. It's and every dollar that we make at the company goes directly back into say Detroit Charities. He actually started Detroit Water Ice specifically to give all the money back to say Detroit. Working with Mitch is actually really cool. He really gets in touch with the customers. When they come in, he stops everything he's doing and explains everything we have perfectly to them. Every time we have a new item, he comes in personally and specifically for everyone helps us learn how to make the new product. Detroit Water Ice is really Even different age groups a little bit, but everyone is still in the same age. You can really relate to people that you work with, you can talk to them. It's a great environment.
