Dairy Belle Ice Cream

I'm Commissioner Tamara James with the I Love Local Dangy Beach Edition showcasing some of our best restaurants here in Dangy Beach. First up, Joel's Grill located at 1504 South Federal Highway. Joel, tell us what's in the smoker. What we have in the smoker is chicken, baby back rib, pulled pork and beef brisket. After two hours of smoke, we wrap them and two hours later it's ready to be served. This is the magic wood, they're called Florida Oaks. This is what we smoke our meat with, which we have in the process, seasoned and chopped. Joel's is known for his barbecue, his mouth-watering ribs, his pulled pork, his delicious mac and cheese and let's not forget about their salmon and their chicken wings. Oh my gosh, here comes the food. How long have you been in business? Well, this is our third year anniversary and I want to appreciate every individual from all over the city, especially the city of Daniel, that they supported us. And how important is it for our locals to support local restaurants such as Joel's? It is very important, very, very important. This is what we need. Of course, we have our gloves on, we have the mask on. We want our locals to feel comfortable when they come here and we want to welcome them back.
