Dear Hearts Ice Cream is going on its 34th year in business. The local's in the village can not wait for dear hearts to reopen every spring and very sad to see use close for the season in late October early November the latest. there is something for everyone in the village restaurants ,play grounds for the children just looking at the water on the bridge where dear hearts is located is very peaceful .Every year there also is the Arts &Crafts Festival Memorial Day weekend Saturday thur Monday it is a great event also the Gaspee Day Parade this year is on Saturday June 14th starts at 10am get there early and this year it's the 49th year of the Parade everyone loves it .So Pawtauxet Viilage is growing very fast .
