Local business is celebrating anniversary by offering new services to the community. Jason Maxwell has more from the Little Goodie Shop. One, two, three. Yay! We are at the Little Goodie Shop. We just started our 40th season and we unveiled our new catering service that we're now doing. So we have mobile soft serve ice cream carts that you can rent and we come and we cater your events. I know we get so busy that people can't even get in the parking lot, but we can now bring it to you, to your own party. And the fact that we have lines out to the main road, You would think after, this is my 29th year working here, you would think after all of these years, I would be so tired of soft serve ice cream. I love soft serve ice cream. It is a passion of mine, but one of the things that I truly love is the customers. I think it starts at the top. I think Jen, her enthusiasm, love for what she does, her love for her employees, her love for Jesus, and that just shines through. She wants us to do well. A lot of people get their first job at an ice cream shop. And we want to make sure that when they start here, they are given amazing foundation skills for their work ethic and moving forward. So we try really hard to instill that in them. And so it's been great to be able to see that over the past 40 years. I've watched little ones grow up. I've watched mommas be pregnant and watch their kids now they're 12 years old. People say March 21st is the beginning of spring, but really the beginning of spring is when the soft serve ice cream place is open. And when we all open, we know spring is here. It doesn't matter what the calendar or the weather says. We are open from 11 a. m. until 9 p. m. daily during the school year. And then we'll be open 11 to 10 when s
