Glacier Snow Sweets & Treats, is a Family owned and operated business in Chandler, Arizona that specializes in making a wonderful, unique frozen delight called Snow Cream! They feature their own Taiwanese-style shaved snow, made from frozen cylinders of milk mixtures that are shaved into ribbons of light and fluffy snow. Shaved snow is not shaved ice. It's not ice cream, nor is it frozen yogurt. It's lighter than an ice cream but creamier than shaved ice.
